Official Rules of Online Free Ticket Offer — No longer being offered

1. HOW TO APPLY FOR THE OFFER
Follow the links and instructions to enter and submit your first name and last name, a valid email address, telephone number, complete address, city, state, zip code, and check the box in the online entry form to subscribe to the newsletter and validate that you are 18 years or older. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON and one internet entry per email address or address is permitted. All registrations submitted become the sole property of the Festival and will not be acknowledged or returned. Internet registrants shall be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple applicants are not permitted to share the same email address. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of a subscriber or applicant shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Festival. The Festival is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, computer difficulties, service outage or delays, or other technological glitches. Festival’s computer is the official time keeping device for the offer.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The offer is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Ophilia Events or the Red Rock Film Festival, (the “Festival”), its licensee, and each of its sister companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners of the online offer and the members of their immediate families and or households are ineligible to participate.
b. Only one recipient per household is permitted in any Offer administered by the Festival and recipients may only receive 2 tickets.
c. Registrants are required to provide truthful information and the Festival will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Festival will disqualify any registration from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Festival will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
d. No ticket substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of tickets permitted except at the sole discretion of the Festival. Tickets are subject to availability and the Festival reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to choose which tickets to give out. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, tips, travel arrangements and transportation, are the responsibility of the recipient. The festival is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Fans and newsletter registrants are under no compensation. The tickets have no face value and cannot be exchanged. Recipients and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents including passports. In addition, travel companion of Recipient must be 18 years of age or older. Recipients and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Festival have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, postponement, preemption, or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Festival, the Festivals’ sole responsibility to a Recipient will be to grant a different ticket to a film at the festival. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seats are not guaranteed, and ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to showtime. Ticket Holders not seated by 10 minutes prior to showtime risk fortfeiture of their ticket. The Festival is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Ticket holders must vacate the auditorium between screenings, workshops and events with their belongings. The Festival reserves the right remove or to deny entry to recipient and/or guest if he/she engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the film.
e. In the event that a ticket or ticket validation is mailed to the recipient, it will be with the prior written consent of the recipient and therefore, recipient assumes the risk of its loss. The Festival is not responsible for the safe arrival of a ticket or ticket validation.
3. SELECTION OF RECIPIENTS
a. Decisions of Festival management with respect to the Offer are final.
b. Tickets are held at the Festival's Will Call during November 11 - 13, 2010.
c. If a potential recipient fails to pick up the tickets or fails to supply a valid ID within the required time period, or if a ticket or ticket notification is returned as undeliverable, potential recipient forfeits the tickets.
4. CONDITIONS
a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the recipients.
b. By applying for this offer, the recipient or recipients agree (and their travel companions, if any) to have their voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this sweepstakes without additional financial or other compensation, and The Festival reserves the right to use photographic/film records of attendees for promotional/commercial purposes.
c. By applying for this offer, the recipient or recipients agree (and their travel companions, if any) to hold Ophilia Events and the Red Rock Film Festival, the Festival, its licensee, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the tickets or participation in the Offer.
d. The Festival, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Festival’s website or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the offer if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
e. The Festival reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Offer, including the substitution of a ticket or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Festival, any competition or ticket-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Festival reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the offer and shall not be required to award a substitute offer.
f. Failure to comply with the Offer rules may result in the registrant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Festival.
g. The Festival is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Offer, or in the announcement of the tickets granted.
